Intelligent Future Days – Invitation to Online Event
August 13, 2020
Knowledge transfer, exchange, networking: The Intelligent Future Days 2020 bring together industry and research in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The online event, which takes place from 9 to 11 September 2020 and is co-organized by the Competence Center Machine Learning Rhine-Ruhr, offers an interdisciplinary program with lectures, workshops, Q&A sessions and success stories.
Two events come together under the umbrella of the Intelligent Future Days: the »LWDA«, one of the most important German conferences for Machine Learning, and the annual conference of the North Rhine-Westphalian competence platform KI.NRW, the »KI-Forum NRW«. The aim is to bring together experts from AI research with specialists and managers from small and medium-sized companies in North Rhine-Westphalia and to facilitate an intensive exchange of ideas.
Prof. Dr. Katharina Morik and Prof. Dr. Stefan Wrobel, spokespersons of the ML2R, are two of the many renowned speakers who help shape the interdisciplinary program of the Intelligent Future Days. You can look forward to workshops with AI experts, lectures, interactive Q&A formats and insights into success stories from enterprises. The program includes a scientific exchange on current research topics, knowledge discovery and management, as well as business issues related to AI: In which areas is AI ready to increase value creation? How to identify needs and structure the technology’s introduction in the company? How can the use of AI be optimized and secured?
The Intelligent Future Days are organized by the Competence Platform KI.NRW, the Competence Center Machine Learning Rhine-Ruhr ML2R, the Fraunhofer Institute for Intelligent Analysis and Information Systems IAIS and the University of Bonn. Partners are the Ministries of Economic Affairs, Innovation, Digitalization and Energy MWIDE and of Culture and Science MKW of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia as well as the Society for Information Technology.
Participation is free of charge, but registration is required and possible until September 7, 2020.
